Our client is a global leader in the storage industry. Their lease on this site expired, and the site went to tender with multiple other parties interested. We were able to secure the site with a 11%+ reduction in annual rent, saving $1m+ over the term.

The private client provides community services to regional communities across Queensland. They develop and own the properties that they operate out of. They required multiple new centres across Queensland which we were able to help with.
